A notice to out of town runners that the Chaffee County Department of Public Health has issued a statement on visitors. This statement reads: “Visitors of Chaffee County are directed to return home immediately, and persons considering visiting Chaffee County should remain home to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.” Be advised that many other mountain communities near Chaffee County have issued similar statements.

Two Turkey Relay Results!
We had a great morning for the 19th Annual Two Turkey Relay! Thanks to everyone for coming out to this fun event, and to everyone who helped out, including Tom, Angel, Kristy, and Emily and Andrew with Little Red Hen Bakery. In general, younger runners dominated the top three positions – 5 of the 6 runners in the top three teams were under the age of 17. The top 5 teams finished within one minute of each other, making for a tighter race than in some past years.
