Mission Statement: The Chaffee County Running Club promotes running for health, recreation and competition, for runners of all ages and abilities.

Chaffee County Running Club Weekly Runs

Sundays at 9am at the F Street Bridge in Salida. Meet for a trail run of roughly 1 hour.

Mondays at 4:30pm (new time) at 7000 Feet Running Company in Salida. Meet for a trail run of roughly 3 – 5 miles at a social, casual, no drop pace.

Upcoming CCRC Sponsored Events - Christmas Mountain Run

The CCRC will host its annual Christmas Mountain Run on Sunday, December 10. Meet at the caboose near the F Street bridge at 5:30pm, and please bring a headlamp. We’ll casually run up to the top of S Mountain and back down, under the lights of Christmas Mountain. This run is a total of about 4 miles. Be prepared for potential snow and cold weather. Everyone is invited, so spread the word to your friends!
